KEFI: A 2004 Sunseeker 105 for Sale, and Why You Should See Her at FLIBS 2026
Tour KEFI, a 2004 Sunseeker 105 motor yacht for sale, at FLIBS 2026. Four cabins, five heads, full flybridge. Book a private showing with Paul Denton.

Photos only tell you so much about a yacht. You learn the real story when you step aboard, open the hatches, and walk the engine room.
That is exactly why I want serious buyers to see KEFI in person. She is a 2004 Sunseeker 105, and she will be in Fort Lauderdale for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, running October 28 through November 1, 2026. If you have been searching for a Sunseeker 105 for sale, this is the week to do it right.
KEFI is listed at $2,195,000, and the owner will accept clean trades. That opens a door a lot of buyers overlook. If you own a smaller boat today and you are ready to move up, we can talk about making that one conversation instead of two.
What Makes the Sunseeker 105 Worth a Look
Sunseeker built the 105 for owners who actually use their boats. She is big enough to host a full weekend with family and friends. She is still manageable enough to run the Bahamas, the Keys, or the East Coast without feeling like a project.
KEFI measures 105 feet overall. Her beam, meaning her width at the widest point, is 20 feet 8 inches. That width is what you feel in the saloon and the staterooms. Her draft, or how deep she sits below the waterline, is 6 feet 7 inches. For anyone planning to cruise the Bahamas, that number matters more than most people realize.
Life Onboard KEFI

The flybridge is where most of your days will happen. KEFI has a covered hardtop, a wet bar with stools, generous lounge seating, and a full upper helm. It is the spot for sunset drinks and long runs in good weather.
The aft deck gives you an outdoor dining table in the shade. Forward, the bow seating and sun pad give guests a quieter place to settle in away from the main traffic of the boat.
Inside, the main saloon is bright and open, with large windows and soft, neutral seating. A formal dining area sits forward of the lounge. The galley is fully equipped with stainless appliances and plenty of prep space, which your crew will appreciate on longer trips. The main deck helm is enclosed, so running in weather or at night is comfortable and controlled.
Below deck, KEFI has four staterooms and five heads. The cabins are finished in rich, warm wood with ensuite bathrooms. There is a twin cabin that works well for kids or guests, plus dedicated laundry. Every guest gets their own space and their own bathroom, and that is what keeps a crowded weekend feeling relaxed.

Buying a Sunseeker 105 for Sale: What I Look For
A 2004 yacht can be an excellent buy. It can also be an expensive lesson. The difference is almost always in the details nobody puts in the listing.
I started in the engine room with my grandfather. I worked as a deckhand, ran yachts as a captain, and managed them before I ever sold one. So when I walk a boat like KEFI, I am not looking at the cushions first. I am looking at the systems, the maintenance records, and the signs of how she has been cared for.
I will tell you what is cosmetic and what is structural. I will tell you what it will realistically take to bring her to the standard you want. If you cannot make it to the show, I will walk her on video and show you the good and the bad. More often than not, yachts are not exactly as represented. My job is to make sure you know the full picture before you commit.
Ownership costs on a yacht this size vary a lot. They depend on how you use her, where you keep her, and whether you run full time crew. I would rather sit down and build that plan with you than throw out a number that does not fit your situation.
Seeing KEFI at FLIBS 2026
FLIBS is the largest in-water boat show in the world. The 67th edition runs Wednesday, October 28 through Sunday, November 1, 2026, across seven venues in Fort Lauderdale, including Bahia Mar, Pier Sixty-Six, and Superyacht Village. More than 1,300 boats will be on display. Boat International's FLIBS 2026 guide is a good read if you want the wider picture of what is coming to the docks.
Here is my honest advice. A show this size is easy to get lost in. You can spend three days walking docks and still leave without a clear answer. Come in with a short list and a plan.
KEFI will be at [DOCK / SLIP DETAILS]. Larger yachts are typically shown by appointment, so I recommend booking a private showing ahead of time. That gives us real time onboard, without a crowd, to go through her properly. General admission tickets are sold online only this year, with no box office at the show, so sort those out early.
If you are comparing KEFI against other 100 foot motor yachts at the show, bring me in on those too. I am happy to walk other boats with you. The goal is the right yacht for how you live, not just the one I have listed. You can see more of what we are bringing to the show on the Luke Brown Yachts FLIBS 2026 page.
Let's Plan Your Visit
Anyone can help you buy a yacht. The right broker helps you enjoy owning one.
Whether you are seriously considering KEFI or just starting to explore what a 100 foot yacht looks like in your life, I am here to guide the conversation. That includes the purchase, the inspection, and everything after it: dockage, crew, shipyard relationships, and a resale plan down the road.
Reach out before the show and let's lock in a time to see her. No pressure. Just honest expertise and the right connections.
